Brob's: Catching Up (#33)

As you can see it has been difficult for us to keep up. Well no excuses or why's. It's just time to catch up.

Being in the sunshine state for 4 weeks gave me a lot of opportunity to be able to train. However, not knowing when and if I would always be able to make it into a box and train was a lot of times questionable. Most of my workouts were in a park by my family's house. Some of them where at CF Jax and at CF En Fuego. To both boxes I am very grateful for their kindness and support.
Both represent what I love about CF. Community!

This challenge came to light with the need to find out how much weight could be moved in a very limited time frame while being active between the 1rm efforts. Three minutes is not a lot of time. However, it's good to see what am I capable of doing after 4 weeks of almost no barbell movements.

The Challenge:
Max pull ups in 1min
Max weight for 1rm back squat in 3min
Max pull ups in 1min
Max weight for 1 rep overhead squat in 3min
Max pull ups in 1min
Max weight for press in 3min
Max pull ups in 1min
Max weight for push press in 3min
Max pull ups in 1min
Max weight for push jerk in 3min
Max pull ups in 1 min
As you will see, staying focused and knowing what weights to start with is also important. Especially if you are going from kilo's to pounds.
BTW, In the video you will see me holding my finger. I believe somewhere between bowling and box jumps I messed my finger up. ;-P
